DRIVING TEST DECODER

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Driving Test Decoder sells a digital study guide for the Dutch practical driving exam. Contact: hello@drivingtestdecoder.nl.

2. The product

The product is a digital PDF guide ("Preparation for the practical driving exam"), delivered as an instant download after payment. It is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CBR, and it is not official exam material.

3. Ordering and payment

Purchases are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout including applicable VAT for EU buyers. After successful payment you receive a download link by email.

4. Digital delivery and right of withdrawal

By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by EU consumer law for digital content that has been delivered. If your download does not work, contact us and we will fix it.

5. License and copyright

The guide and all of its content — text, structure, methodology, and illustrations — are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own exam preparation. Copying, sharing, publishing, distributing, or reselling the guide or any part of it without written permission is prohibited.

6. No guarantee of results

The guide is an educational aid. It does not replace practical lessons with a licensed instructor and does not guarantee that you will pass the exam. Exam requirements and practice may change; we update the guide periodically, but you remain responsible for verifying current official requirements.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase.
