Driving Test Decoder sells digital study products for the Dutch practical driving exam and provides a free checklist. Contact: hello@drivingtestdecoder.nl.
The paid products are digital PDFs: the Complete CBR Practical Exam Guide, The ADHD-Friendly Exam Compass and The System Sheets. They are delivered through the private download process after Paddle confirms a completed transaction. The free Key Points of the CBR Exam checklist is downloaded directly from this website. All are independent study aids. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CBR, and they are not official exam material.
The base prices advertised on this website are €27 for the Complete Guide, €7 for the ADHD-Friendly Exam Compass and €12 for The System Sheets, each plus applicable VAT or other transaction tax. The final total depends on the buyer’s country and is displayed by Paddle before payment. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders placed through the main checkout. Paddle handles the payment transaction, applicable tax calculation and collection, invoicing, and the buyer terms shown during checkout. Driving Test Decoder does not receive complete payment-card details.
Each paid-product checkout page also provides Payhip as a clearly labelled fallback purchase option for that same product. A purchase made there uses Payhip’s separate checkout, delivery process and applicable terms.
For a Paddle checkout, Paddle directs the browser to a private verification page after payment. When Paddle confirms the completed transaction, Driving Test Decoder creates a personal, one-time download link for the purchased PDF and sends it to the email address used at checkout. Keep the verification page open while this happens. If verification or delivery is delayed, contact hello@drivingtestdecoder.nl with the Paddle receipt or transaction reference and do not pay again.
Cancellation, refund and any statutory withdrawal rights for a Paddle purchase are governed by the buyer terms and refund information presented by Paddle, together with any mandatory consumer law that applies. A Payhip fallback purchase follows the terms and refund information shown in that separate checkout. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The paid PDFs and all of their content — text, structure, methodology, and illustrations — are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own exam preparation. Copying, sharing, publishing, distributing, or reselling a paid product or any part of it without written permission is prohibited.
The guide is an educational aid. It does not replace practical lessons with a licensed instructor and does not guarantee that you will pass the exam. Exam requirements and practice may change; we update the guide periodically, but you remain responsible for verifying current official requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase.
